About us
We are a team of TCKs and parents of TCKs that work together to support today's global kids. Everyone of us has lived in a nation that is different than the one indicated on our passport. We share a passion to see healthy and strong families who have a shared sense of calling and purpose.
Our Mission
Supporting TCKs and their families by offering resources, training, and listening spaces that arise from the lived experience of TCKs themselves. Our mission is to give TCKs a voice, equip them to build a strong identity in God, understand their challenges and strengths, and to facilitate their becoming leaders of themselves and capable of walking alongside others in discipleship. At the same time, we want to help parents, churches, teams, and leaders deeply understand what TCKs experience, so that children are included in the call in a healthy, conscious, and respectful way.
Our Vision
Our vision is to see resilient global families, where TCKs don't feel dragged along, invisible, or alone, but are instead recognized as an active part of God's plan and the family's calling. We envision TCKs rooted in their identity in Christ, able to live with hope in the complexities of the field, connected to one another and accompanied by adults who listen, understand, and walk alongside them. Our vision is to see churches, families, and teams equipped with authentic resources that enable every TCK to flourish and become a blessing to others.
